The tires themselves are terrific, and the quality of the product is solid. However, the overall service experience was very frustrating: Poor Time Management: They recommended several "important" additional services, but after keeping my car for over 3.5 hours, they admitted they didn't have time to complete them. They should have been upfront about their capacity from the start. Lack of Communication: I only knew my car was ready because I spotted it sitting parked outside in the lot. Nobody bothered to notify me. Unprofessional Atmosphere: Calling out names across the waiting room like a fast-food order is insulting when you're spending $1,000+. Other customers were also having trouble picking up their vehicles while I was there. You’ll get good products here, but don't expect the service level to match the price tag.

***I WAS NOT GOING TO POST THIS BUT NOW I AM*** After completing my oil change, the technicians failed to correctly fasten my splash guard back to my car. I am now having to deal with this issue. I will never come here again and you shouldn’t either. Terrible service and terrible professionalism. I was told to come in because they were having a light day, and when I arrived, I was told I was next on the board. Instead, I spent over two hours watching my technician wander around, take phone calls, eat snacks, and repeatedly go inside to help other customers. After waiting for two hours, I explained that I needed to leave and asked if he could finish my tire patch. The service manager’s response was, “Well, you didn’t even make an appointment, and we’re working on other cars too. He’s doing other things, believe it or not.” If appointments were required or walk-ins weren’t a priority, that should have been communicated before I was told to come in. I understand that repairs and maintenance take time, and I have no issue waiting when work is actually being performed on my vehicle. Take all the time you need to do the job correctly. Not happy at all. Dropped my car off 3 days ago for a tire replacement. I understand it takes a day for replacement tires to come in… but when I’ve called about 20 times and got no answer, not one call back, it’s awful customer service. I had to even call the day prior to even get an update on my car. I went into the Firestone to see where my car is at because there was no one answering the phones, turns out there is absolutely no one up at the front desk. Everyone has been taking their sweet precious time and not realizing there are customers filing through the door. Lastly, they said my car would be done within the next hour when I called to get another update at 12 pm this afternoon. When I walked into Firestone at 5pm, my car wasn’t even being worked on yet until I said something to a worker. Poor communication from the employees, seems like no one wants to work.

Nick and Quinn at this location are so helpful and quick! They took good care of my car, and replaced a tire sensor that I've been meaning to take care of for awhile. Thank you guys for all of your time and attention! Making the process easy for your customers and being aware of their wait time as well is an added bonus! I can't thank you guys enough, 10/10 would recommend this location!

We had such a great experience with Firestone in Mount Pleasant. We recently bought our son his first car through Carvana, and during the 7-day warranty window the vehicle needed brakes. The team at Firestone was incredibly helpful and clearly very familiar with the Carvana warranty process. They handled everything quickly, got the repair approved the same day, and had the car ready by the next day. Communication was excellent from start to finish — they kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
